And now been discovered that it contains information about the home hub that’s long been rumored. Apple is reportedly developing a new device that is referred to as HomeAccessory in the macOS 26.7 release candidate, according to a report by Filipe Esposito over at Engadget. This new device is likely the rumored HomePod with a display that’s supposed to act as a central control point for a smart home–a home hub, as it’s been called.
