The community leaderboard ranks members based on their contributions and engagement. Your ranking is calculated using a weighted formula:

Ranking Score = Shares × 3 + Upvotes Received × 2 + Comments × 1

Why do shares have the highest weight?
Sharing quality content is the most valuable contribution to the community. It takes more effort to find and curate great content than to upvote or comment. By weighting shares higher, we reward members who actively contribute to the community's content library.

How to climb the leaderboard:

• Earn upvotes - Share content that resonates with other members to get recognition
• Engage daily - Leave thoughtful comments on posts to boost your score and maintain streaks

What counts as activity?
Only three actions contribute to your leaderboard ranking: content shares you submit, upvotes you receive from other members on your shared content, and approved comments you post. Upvotes you give to others do not directly affect your leaderboard score, but they help you maintain daily streaks and earn points.

Paste any URL into the share box on the homepage or visit /share/. We'll automatically fetch the title, description, and image for you.

Any publicly accessible web URL - articles, videos, tools, resources, etc. Content must not violate our Terms of Service (no spam, illegal content, or explicit material).

You get 5 free shares per day. Additional shares cost 15 credits each. This helps maintain quality and prevents spam.

Currently, you cannot edit shares after posting. For deletions or urgent corrections, please contact support.

Points are earned by activity (2 per upvote received, 5 per comment). Every day, 50 points convert to 10 credits (15 credits with a 7+ day streak). Credits let you share additional content beyond your 5 free daily shares.

Streaks track consecutive days of activity (upvoting or commenting). Maintain a 7+ day streak to get bonus credit conversion (50% boost).

Share quality content that gets upvoted (2 points per upvote), leave helpful comments (5 points per approved comment), and maintain daily activity streaks.

No. Points and credits are non-transferable virtual currency with no real-world monetary value.

Click the upvote arrow on any content card. You can only upvote each item once. Upvotes help great content rise to the top and reward creators with points.

Currently, upvotes are permanent. This ensures voting integrity and prevents gaming the system.

Visit any content page and scroll to the comments section. You can comment up to 3 times per minute (to prevent spam).

Comments may require approval before appearing publicly. We moderate to prevent spam and maintain community standards.

Trending content is calculated using a time-decay algorithm that considers upvotes, comments, and recency. Recent engagement counts more than older activity. Check out trending content now.

The Momentum score (e.g., "Momentum 25.05") measures how fast content is gaining traction in a specific time window. Higher scores mean content is actively being upvoted and discussed.

How momentum is calculated:

• Upvotes × 2 - Each upvote contributes 2 points to momentum
• Comments × 1 - Each comment contributes 1 point
• Time decay - Recent activity counts more than older activity

For example, a post with 10 upvotes and 5 comments in the last 24 hours would have a momentum score of approximately 25 (10×2 + 5×1). The score helps surface content that's currently "hot" rather than just old content with lots of total engagement.

What makes content trend?

• Getting upvotes quickly after being shared
• Sparking discussion with comments
• Maintaining engagement over time (not just a quick spike)

You can filter trending content by different time windows (24h or 72h) to see what's gaining momentum right now versus over the past few days.

Trending scores are recalculated every 1-2 hours to keep content fresh.

Browse Latest for newest shares, Trending for popular content, or Categories to explore specific topics.

New shares appear immediately after successful validation. If missing, check if the URL was blacklisted (spam domains) or violated content guidelines.

Ensure you're logged in. Rate limits prevent spam: max 30 upvotes per minute, 3 comments per minute. If blocked, wait a moment and try again.
